One Rule You Need To Follow To Lose 7 Pounds In 7 Days!

When planning to lose weight, people always look for a real quick and easy method to shed fat as soon as possible. It is

very hard because the problem with this is that there is so many different "real quick" weight loss answers out there

most of which (chances are they won't work) will not even help you in any way. Talking about myself, it took one easy

rule for me to start shedding weight like a big fat man running 15 miles.

Daily you eat and add a certain amount of calories. Maximum number of people out there consume too much of this

calories! One day I came to know about a rule called the 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle). This rule says that 80% of

results will come from 20% of your efforts. When I thought about it, I knew I had to find the 20% that gives me with the

most weight loss.

I worked on it and I found one easy rule you should follow in order to lose real weight. The great thing about the rule

is that you must burn more calories then you take in. Now you think about that for some time. IF you consume more

calories than you work off, then how will you lose weight? Yes. Exactly. It sounds simple, right? It's very strange this

is so often ignored yet it is the top most important rule in losing weight.

As soon as you follow this rule you will lose give or take SEVEN pounds in the first week! Make sure you consume less

than working off every day and the weight will just melt off.
